IN NO EVENT SHALL smbgen BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
